Lenten/Easter Art for Thought

Artist Rod Becher has created six Lenten panels currently in a lawn display at Campus Lutheran Church at 304 S College Ave. This Lenten project will be replaced at Easter with images reflecting the story of the risen Christ, per the artist, who describes his medium’s artistry as "visual evangelism". In the Columbia Tribune article Saturday, he is quoted as saying, "Dealing with Scripture is not dealing with a dead text. The thing that God is doing is always creative and redemptive.
